The Lunatic Lord Chief Justice Phillips

As yet another young man dies murdered by a knife-wielding scumbag, and in blatant disregard of public safety the police abandon the streets, perhaps it is time to focus on the killer’ benefactor, Lord Chief Justice Phillips.

This idiot in a horsehair wig with his arrogant disregard of his duty to ensure that the public can go safely about their lawful business has decreed that those who carry knives, or deal in drugs, should not be jailed.

Indeed he goes further by embracing the EU diktat that a foreign national committing a serious criminal offence is not sufficient grounds to deport them. Further, if terrorists suspects face harsh punishment in their own country they cannot be deported nor held in prison.

He’s stark raving mad, and a threat to the safety of every man woman and child in the land.

The law is an umbrella that protects us from criminals with the promise that wrongdoers will be punished in such away as to deter both them and others from committing a like offence again.

The idea that a criminal can leave the shelter of the umbrella of law to commit a serious crime and yet remain sheltered by the same umbrella is a lunacy, which brings us back to Lord Chief justice Phillips.

For safety's sake sack this fool now!
