How to Beat the Recycling Fascists!
We are not slaves of the state.

The New Labour Government have begun the process of removing our ancient rights and freedoms in a blatant attempt to make us 'SLAVES OF THE STATE.'

Using Health and Safety legislation, The European Human Rights Act and the now discredited lunacy of Global Warming/ Climate change they grant themselves power over us.

In other words , "We can use the fear of global warming to our political and world wide advantage even though it's a lie!"

The extremely silly, minister for pigs and hens, or something like that, Hilary Benn, demonstrating all the intellect of gnat and none of his father’s charm, decrees we should all be issued with carbon trading permits rationing our permitted CO2 emissions.
This would cost billions of pounds to administer and achieve absolutely nothing except to establish Mr Benn's contempt for the electorate's powers of reasoning. This, although it may be preferable to the NHS solution, of cutting patients CO2 emissions by killing them, Hilary's proposal has a fatal flaw, which, he must know full well as it was a recent court action against his own government that established it.

CO2 levels cannot and do not cause fluctuations in temperature levels because, they follow some 800 – 2000 years behind changes in temperature.
All the graphs showing the identical paths taken by CO2 and rising and falling temperatures are correct, but it must have seemed imprudent to politicians such as Benn, Brown and Darling, to point out that the CO2 levels are a product of temperature changes - not the cause.

This was established in a UK court of law when the Government was taken to court over their plans to show Al Gore’s commercial sci-fi horror movie, An Inconvenient Truth. (Commercial because he stands to make hundreds of millions of dollars if the USA pass Carbon Trading legislation and Gore has boasted of having a war chest of three-hundred-million dollars to be used for lobbying his government to do so.)

The makers of the film were forced to concede, in court, that CO2 levels follow between 800 – 2000 years behind fluctuations in temperature.

Perhaps, Hilary Benn and the other green zealot in government would care to explain how it is that something that follows hundreds of years behind an effect can be the cause, thus standing the scientific logic of, ‘cause and effect’ on its head?

Every green tax, green legislation and fines have been obtained by lies maintaining that man-made CO2 causes global warming, a scientific impossibility.

The mathematical conclusion of the effect of man-made carbon emissions on global temperature is a massive two-trillionth of a degree centigrade.

So, with councils, like those of Plymouth, demanding accountability from someone in each household for recycling in order that this person can be fined for transgressions, it may be worth remembering this:

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Article 4.
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 12.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Plymouth Council’s recycling letter is a clear and blatant violation of Article 12. and householders should politely point his out when asked why they have not returned them.
Government ministers and local authorities are our paid public servants by choice, and not our masters.

They may politely request, or appeal for householders to recycle their rubbish but, the householder is at liberty to refuse to do so.

No one has the legal authority cannot compel people to work for them without pay, against their will nor by the threat of punishment. For that is enforced servitude, or slavery.

If the government wants to recycle then they may do so but not by the use of threats or force. Local authorities should collect rubbish and segregate it for recycling, either by paid workers, or by using criminals serving community service orders.

IF YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITY HAS PENALISED SOMEONE FOR CONTAMINATING A RECYCLING CONTAINER, WHILE EXPORTING ITS RUBBISH OR SENDING IT FOR LANDFILL, THEY MUST BE CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL DECEPTION AND ALSO WITH CONSPIRACY TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE.

ACCEPT NO IFs NO BUT’s FROM THE POLICE INSIST THAT THEY MUST BE TAKEN TO COURT!

If your local council is being draconian over its recycling policies, ask them to remove their recycling containers from your premises, or simply refuse to use them.

For those with families send a letter to your local council instructing them to remove you household waste weekly as they are required to do by law. And attach an invoice to the council for your labour charges for recycling waste on their behalf. Roughly calculate the hours you spend recycling per week, multiply that by 100 (roughly a two year period) or however long they have compelled you to recycle under threat of prosecution.

If they do not pay take them to the small claims court, complain to your local ombudsman and also the Human Rights Commission about your enforced slavery.

We have it in our power to stop this green nonsense in its tracks and to send the council bullies running.

You have rights under international law, so claim them!
