An Open Letter to the Right Honourable Caroline Spelman MP
Re: U-turn on the 'bin tax bullies' as
Government gives green light for pay-as-you-throw scheme
Dear Ms. Spelman,
Following your decision to ignore the promises made by the
Conservatives, whilst lying their way into office, may I ask if the
Newcastle-Under-Lime’s local authority’s use of slave labour, to maximise the
profits of their re-cycling business, is to be imposed upon the rest of
Britain?
Is the Minister unaware that compelling people to work,
unpaid and against their will with threats of punishment for non-compliance, is
by definition, slavery or servitude? The
Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 4. “No one
may be held in slavery or servitude.”
There is also the matter of fraud, by the said local
authorities, to be considered. They may
well have opted for fortnightly collections but have not reimbursed householders
who paid, in advance, for weekly refuge collections. The local authorities have also showed great
contempt for the law and their legal obligation to remove household waste
weekly.
It would seem the country is being run, by fraudsters for
their own empire building purposes.
They have stolen from council taxpayers to maintain
un-elected and unaccountable EU regional headquarters. They stole again to fund ‘Common Purpose’
training, the EU subversion program, stole again to install surveillance
cameras and micro chips in bins. They
are the worst of thieves, these environmental cowboys.
Recycling is not ‘green’, but if the Government or local authorities
wish to do so that is a matter for them.
They will not however, persecute householders or order them
to recycle on their behalf. The Government
and local authorities are the servants of the people, not their masters.
Itmay well be that Council
Chief Executives and Government Ministers believe they are above the laws that
apply to the rest of us, such belief is, I would assure you, erroneous.
Take some friendly advice, Ms Spelman, if you can’t stand
the heat get back in the kitchen.
