ENGLISH SLAVE PUNISHED
ENGLISH SLAVE PUNISHED
This week a slave who failed to perform
his given task was punished by his masters by being given a fine and a criminal
record. The slave’s masters, who are the paid employees of the slave, decided
that their masters should become their unpaid slaves in servitude to them, their
servants!
The slave’s crime, his rubbish bin was
too full for the lid to close completely mainly because his masters, although
being paid to remove rubbish weekly only remove it fortnightly and pocket the
extra cash saved. They are in effect thieves charging for a service that they
wilfully refuse to provide, a service which is obligatory by law.
They will of course justify the
unjustifiable by quoting some EU regulation or muttering about global warming.
Well I for one say stuff EU regulations,
it is the people of this country who will decide what happens here not some
unelected swindlers from the EU, we have enough of our own thieves and liars
here and in our own Parliament.
Let us remind these faceless dictatorial
dickheads of International law.
Slavery has been abolished. “No
one may be held in slavery or servitude.”
The Universal Declaration of Human
Rights.
There should be no more bin police, nor
prosecutions. If governments and councils wish to recycle our rubbish then they
may but only after it has been collected. If they seek to avoid labour cost let
them put the criminals on community service orders to work recycling rubbish.
I would advise each and every
householder to submit and invoice for their enforced labour by the council for
their time spent recycling. When they refuse to pay slap them in the small
claims court and report them for slavery, New Labour = New Slaver, it has a
certain ring to it.
But what of the magistrates complete and
utter failure to comprehend that the slave in the dock was a victim of
'entrapment' by the council. Was it not their, the council's, failure to fulfill
their legal obligation to empty the rubbish weekly that led to the overfilling
of the bin?
Why did the magistrates fail to
see that the victim was a free man and not a slave of the state?
What legislation is there that allows
enforced unpaid labour of free law abiding citizens by the council or state in
contravention of international law?
Justice? This was injustice at its most
blatant, a crime only made possible when the state has the law in its back
pocket - it stinks!
